Senior Project Control
About this Gig
Your project deserves a plan that actually works, not just one that looks complete.
With 13+ years in project scheduling and project control across EPC, oil and gas, and infrastructure, I help project owners, PMs, and contractors build Primavera P6 baselines that are logical, realistic, and ready for execution and reporting.
Here is what I deliver:
- Baseline (WBS, activities, logic, milestones)
- Critical path review and risk flagging
- Progress update with S curve
- Clean PDF report and Gantt chart
- Honest, practical review of your current P6 file
Industries covered: construction, EPC, oil and gas, power, and industrial projects.

FAQ
Do you create the schedule from scratch or only update existing ones?
Both. I can build a new baseline schedule from zero, or review, update, and fix an existing P6 schedule, whichever you need.
What file format will I receive?
You will get the native P6 file (XER or XML), plus a PDF report with Gantt chart. Excel export is available on request.
Do you need my company P6 license to work on this?
No. I use my own Primavera P6 license, so you do not need to provide access or credentials.
What information do you need from me to start?
Project scope, key milestones, available data (drawings, BOQ, or past schedule), and project duration. I will confirm exact needs after you message me.
Can you handle large or complex EPC schedules?
Yes. I have 13+ years building schedules for EPC, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects, including large multi discipline LNG projects.
Do you offer schedule risk analysis (QSRA)?
Yes, as an add on. I can run Monte Carlo simulation using Primavera Risk Analysis to assess schedule confidence and completion risk.
Will you explain the logic and assumptions behind the schedule?
Yes. I provide a short summary note explaining key logic, assumptions, and critical path, so the schedule is easy to understand and defend.
