Premium is 100% custom made.But, for Standard package do you use templates?
No. Videos under standard package are created using characters and props from our licensed libraries. Videos under our premium package are created using custom made characters and props. Videos under both packages are high quality and unique. No templates are used at any level.
Can you create video in other languages?
Of course. Our streamlined video production process helps us produce videos in any language. We have already produced animated videos in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, German, Hindi, French etc.
What package does your gig video belong to?
Our gig video belongs to our premium package. The basic and standard packages are for the clients with limited budgets, hence the customization is also limited. To understand the difference, please refer to the next question
What is the difference between Basic and Premium package?
Videos under basic package are created using characters and props from our licensed libraries. Videos under our premium package are created using custom made characters and props. Videos under both packages are high quality and unique. No templates are used at any level.
How does revisions work?
Under our Premium package, we offer unlimited free revisions. For our Standard package we offer 3 free revisions. If you want more revision rounds you need to purchase revision gig extra.
