As your accountability coach, I will:
- Check in with you 2-3 times a day for progress updates
- Help you track and complete your daily tasks
- Offer practical strategies when you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed
- Support you in building new habits and systems that work for you
- Provide helpful resources to increase focus and productivity
- Communicate via text or voice (your choice) to keep you motivated
After each task, just mark it as done so we can celebrate your progress and keep the momentum going.

What is the limit for daily check-ins?
You may specify your preferred number of check-ins, with a maximum limit of 4 to 5 per day.
Can I get a customized offer for the number of sessions/check-ins?
Yes, customized offers are possible! Please contact me before ordering a package and we can arrange one together.
What time zone are you in?
I'm currently in the SAST time zone. Many of my clients are located all over the world such as EST, MT, PST, AST,etc. We will definitely find a time that works for the both of us!:)
