Conducted full account audits to identify root causes, including missing or inadequate return/refund policy pages, shipping policy gaps, noindex/nofollow tags blocking Googlebot from verifying store legitimacy, and product feed data quality issues. Rebuilt policy pages to GMC standards, corrected feed attributes (condition, GTIN, pricing alignment), and submitted appeals with documented evidence of compliance. Both accounts were reinstated. Also upgraded product feed structure for better Shopping ad performance post-reinstatement, and implemented ongoing feed monitoring to prevent future violations.
