I will message you with the day and approximate time of your session.
How should I prepare for my distant Reiki session?
There's nothing special you need to do. If you're able, you're welcome to take a few quiet moments to relax or meditate. If your busy or at work, that's perfectly okay, simply be open to receiving Reiki when your session begins.
Do I need to be online or available during my session?
No. Distant Reiki does not require you to be physically present with me or connected by a video. Your session can be received from the comfort of your own space.
What might I experience during a Reiki session?
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You may notice warmth, coolness, tingling, gentle pulsing, deep relaxation, heaviness or a floating sensation. Some people feel subtle shifts, while others feel nothing specific. There is no right or wrong experience.

That's completely okay! Reiki may continue to unfold after your session. Everyone responds differently and you may notice changes, emotions or simply a sense of relaxation afterwards. Give yourself permission to notice what comes up naturally without expecting a specific experience.
