I can represent you as your attorney in filing an appeal brief with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) for a flat fee rate starting at $950 for up to 6 hours of legal research and writing the appeal brief not including the government filing fee. At the basic price, it will be a good brief but not great because additional time is needed to craft a great appeal brief increasing your chances of success.
The USPTO filing file is not included.
I recently retired from the U.S, Trademark Office as a trademark examining attorney and supervisory attorney after working there for over 28 years. I used to be the attorney making decisions on trademark applications so I know what it takes to successfully file an appeal brief with the TTAB.
As a trademark examining attorney, I filed 41 appeal briefs before the TTAB defending my refusals and was affirmed in 36 of those appeals.

How much is the filing fee for a TTAB appeal of a refusal?
The filing fee is $225 per class to file an appeal with the TTAB and then $200 per class to file the appeal brief.
What is a TTAB appeal?
When the USPTO issues a final refusal of your trademark application, you have an opportunity to appeal that decision with a panel of 3 administrative judges who will review the case and render a decision. The TTBAB will affirm or reverse the USPTO decision.
