What do you need to start the interior visualization?
Please provide your floor plans, elevations, sketches or existing 3D model, along with material references, furniture preferences, inspiration images and any other relevant design information.
Can you create the 3D model from my drawings?
Yes. 3D modelling is included in the Standard and Premium packages for projects of reasonable complexity. Extensive or highly detailed modelling may require a custom offer.
Can I provide my SketchUp model?
Yes. You can provide an existing SketchUp model and I can develop the materials, furniture, lighting, environment and camera composition for the final visualization.
Can you work from a floor plan only?
Yes. I can develop an interior visualization from architectural drawings, although the amount of modelling required may affect the appropriate package.
Do you create realistic furniture and decor?
Yes. Furniture, accessories, materials and decor can be incorporated to create a cohesive and believable interior scene while following the design direction provided.
Can you follow a specific interior style?
Absolutely. You can provide reference images, material palettes or examples of the desired style, and I will use them to guide the visualization.
Do you work on residential and commercial interiors?
Yes. I work across residential, hospitality, commercial and renovation projects.
Do you provide the editable 3D model?
Editable source files are not included in the standard packages. If you require the source file, please contact me before ordering for a separate quotation.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions depend on the selected package. They cover reasonable changes to the agreed visualization. Major design changes or substantial remodelling may require an additional charge.
Can you visualize a room that is still under design?
Yes. Visualization can be developed from drawings, sketches, mood boards, material references or an existing 3D model, making it possible to evaluate the interior before construction.
