I have 10 years of experience in translation. I'm currently a translator at Microsoft and was a former translator at Sony. For me, translation is more of an art than a job. The fact that symbols as disparate as Languages are amazing, 「げんごとはふしぎだ」 and 语言是不可思议的 can convey the same idea never fails to awe no matter how much I reflect upon it. I take great pleasure in this amazing endeavor of translation. I double-majored in English and Translation at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China) and studied English at the University of California, Riverside (US) for two years. My score in the TOEFL iBT test was 113 points (out of 120). Most of my daily line of work consists of general translation as demanded by the market. However, I have expertise in technical translation.
