What do you need from me?
Your file (or a copy with dummy data) and a quick note on what "clean" means for you. No passwords, please.
Will you change my original data?
No. I work on a copy and include a short note of every change.
Can you build formulas or a pivot table?
Simple formulas, sorting, filters and drop-downs, yes. Bigger builds are quoted separately, so please ask first.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI tools help me work faster, and I personally check and tailor every delivery. If you'd prefer no AI, or only dummy data going through it, tell me before we start and I'll confirm whether I can do that.
Is my data safe?
Your files are used only for your order and never shared, reused or used in samples. Dummy data is welcome. Once you approve the final version, I delete your files from my computers and storage and confirm in writing. Files in Fiverr's order chat are kept by Fiverr.
What do revisions cover?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Revisions cover fixes and tweaks to the agreed brief. New features, extra sheets or more rows are quoted as an extra or a custom offer.
What if something isn't right?
Tell me on the order page and I'll fix it first. Most things are quick to sort out. If we still can't get it right, any cancellation or refund goes through Fiverr's Resolution Center.
