Tribal Labs is the AI studio of Tree3 GmbH, a Swiss company led by a senior engineer and entrepreneur with 20+ years in software, SaaS and online marketing (former Head of SEO at ricardo.ch, the leading Swiss e-commerce platform). I build high-end, production-ready AI solutions: cinematic AI music videos with accurate lip-sync (our own Zoetrop engine), custom AI web apps and SaaS (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel), AI agents and workflow automation, web crawlers, analytics and dashboards. Built a server-log analytics product with a machine-learning engine that classifies traffic and detects non-human behaviour: search engine crawlers, competitor and SEO tools, scrapers and harmful bots that harvest e-mail addresses and send spam. Unlike Google Analytics it sees every request on the server, and it can automatically block malicious traffic. Covers data pipelines, analytics dashboards, bot classification and automated protection for web applications.

Founded and run a Swiss online marketing and software agency in Lucerne. From day one our clients included some of the largest Swiss retailers, insurers and banks, and we continued to work with ricardo.ch as an external agency. Pro bono work for Caritas and WWF. Since 2020 the company focuses exclusively on its own products: the Save Up voucher network (live in 9 European countries), affiliate platforms, crawlers and data-driven web applications.
