FAQ
Do you work with dropshipping and POD stores?
Yes — dropshipping (AutoDS, CJ, DSers), POD (Printful, Printify, Gelato), and branded/inventory stores.
Can you manage my store ongoing, not just one task?
Yes. Choose the Manager/Pro tier or subscribe monthly for continuous weekly/daily management.
How do I give you access safely?
Add me as staff with limited permissions in your Shopify admin — you keep full ownership and can revoke anytime.
Can you sync my Shopify products to Amazon, Walmart or eBay?
Yes — I set up and manage product/inventory/order sync across marketplaces so stock and orders stay accurate.
Do you handle product uploads and SEO listings?
Yes — optimized titles, descriptions, ALT text and images so products rank and convert.
What if I only need a few hours a week?
The Starter and Manager tiers cover part-time needs; message me and I'll size a custom plan.
Do you offer customer support and order fulfillment?
Yes — order processing, fulfillment follow-up, and customer inquiries are included from the Manager tier up.
I'm new to Shopify, can you guide me?
Absolutely. Send your store link and I'll review it and recommend the best approach before you order.
