Is this a true two-way sync, or one-directional?
Two-way. When a product sells on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or your Shopify store, stock updates across every connected channel automatically, so you don't oversell. Order data flows back into Shopify so you fulfil everything from one place.
Can you sync Amazon back to Shopify (reverse sync)?
Yes. I can set inventory and orders to flow from marketplaces back into Shopify, or keep Shopify as your master source of truth — whichever fits your workflow. Tell me your preference and I'll configure it.
Do you support Target Plus, Etsy and TikTok Shop too?
Yes, on request. Shopify Marketplace Connect covers Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus and eBay. For Etsy and TikTok Shop I use LitCommerce, CedCommerce or a custom setup, since Marketplace Connect no longer takes new Etsy connections and has no TikTok channel.
Which tools do you use?
I match the tool to your needs: Shopify Marketplace Connect (formerly Codisto), Sellbrite, CedCommerce or LitCommerce, or a custom API build. I'll recommend the most reliable, cost-effective option for your channels and catalog before you order.
What do I need before we start?
Active seller accounts on each marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) plus your Shopify store. If an account isn't approved yet, I'll tell you what's needed. I don't create marketplace accounts, but I connect and configure the ones you have.
How do you stop overselling exactly?
I map SKUs correctly across every channel, set one master stock source, and enable real-time sync with buffer/safety-stock settings where useful. That closes the timing gaps that cause oversells, cancelled orders and marketplace penalties.
Is my store access safe?
Yes. I work through Shopify collaborator access (a 4-digit request code, not your password) and each marketplace's official app authorization. You keep full control and can revoke access anytime. I never need your login credentials.
What about variants and bundles/kits?
Handled. Variants sync by matching SKUs across channels. For bundles/kits, I map component SKUs so selling a bundle correctly reduces each component's stock everywhere, the main reason DIY setups oversell.
What happens after delivery, do I get support?
Every order includes a walkthrough video plus post-delivery support (7–30 days by tier) to answer questions and fix sync issues. No lock-in: you own the setup and can run it without me.
