I include coverage of the basic ACX requirements: files must be at least 192kbps mp3, constant bit rate, 44.1khz. They must also measure between -23dB and -18dB RMS and have -3dB peak values. I also ensure the noise floor is -60db or lower to meet spec. Retail audio sample is also included.

Normally, engineers don't listen to the whole book; we just edit the head and tail, do blanket audio treatment and deliver to you. Proofing is much more detailed; I would listen to the entire book and edit out bad takes, noises, and more. If you have those things in your audio, select this extra.

For customers ordering the BASE package that need their audiobook edited for ACX in one day, please choose this gig extra when checking out. If you need proofing, however, I cannot deliver in one day unless the book is 60 minutes in length or less. If you need help choosing gig extras, message me.
