FAQ
How long have you been formatting?
I formatted my first MS eleven years ago for my #1 Amazon bestselling Dark Fantasy novel, DEATH WHISPERS. As technology has progressed, I have updated all my files to keep them current.
What if there are mistakes in my MS/ piece?
My software highlights errors as I format. However, I cannot be held responsible for an unedited manuscript. Please submit a ready-MS for formatting. THIS GIG IS FOR FORMATTING ONLY. I do have a gig to revise/proofread/edit that can be purchased separately. Thank you.
Do you manually format?
I've created my own template through Open Office Writer (compatible with Word) and vet every page myself. I have added a specialized software suite to the above as well. The goal is for the a potential reader to remain engaged by the story instead of distracted by unsightly formatting gaffs.
I want my book to look like a print book even if it's an eBook
Your eBook and paperback (or hardcover) will look identical, though some links in the front and back matter are somewhat different depending on the format.
What kind of file can I send?
PDF or Doc/Docx.
I want drop caps and stylization for my MS.
I have a template of 20+ different stylization choices for chapter headings, scene breaks and first paragraph customization. This template is an option, or I can choose for you.
