I will build a hybrid mobile app for ios and android using capacitor or ionic

About this gig
Need a hybrid mobile app for iOS and Android one codebase, both stores without paying for two native teams? Capacitor is the answer.
Capacitor takes a web codebase (React, Angular, or Vue) and ships it as real iOS and Android apps with native features: camera, push, biometrics, file system, geolocation, in-app purchases. The cost is a fraction of going native, and most users never know the difference.
What you get with this hybrid mobile app gig:
- A working iOS app (.ipa) and Android app (.aab) signed for both stores
- Source in a single repo pushed to your GitHub, you own it
- Native plugins wired up (camera, push, geolocation, biometrics)
- App icon and splash screen for every device size
- Step-by-step help submitting to App Store and Play Store
- Optional: in-app purchases, deep linking, offline mode, live updates
Why hire me for your hybrid app:
I've shipped Capacitor apps backed by Laravel APIs, so I handle both sides no "the backend is broken / no the app is broken" ping-pong. I deal with native build pain (provisioning profiles, keystores, store rejections) so you don't have to.
Send me your brief.

FAQ
Capacitor vs React Native vs Flutter — why hybrid?
If you already have a web app, Capacitor reuses 100% of your code. React Native and Flutter mean rewriting everything. For most small-to-medium apps, hybrid is the fastest, cheapest path. For graphics-heavy games or apps pushing the OS, native is a better fit — I'll be honest about which suits your
Do I need an Apple Developer and Google Play account to publish my hybrid app?
Yes — both are required. Apple is $99/year, Google is a one-time $25. I'll guide you through opening them. The accounts must be in your name, not mine.
Will my Capacitor hybrid app feel "native"?
For most use cases, yes — Ionic UI components match each platform's look. Users won't notice it's hybrid. Heavy animation and real-time graphics are the only places hybrid lags noticeably.
Can you add push notifications to the iOS and Android app?
Yes — Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and APNs on iOS. Standard package and up.
Does my Capacitor app need a backend?
Most apps do. If you have one (Laravel, Node, Firebase, anything), I'll connect to it. If you don't, see my Laravel gig — I do both.
How long does App Store and Play Store approval take?
Play Store: a few days. App Store: typically 1–3 days, sometimes longer for first-time accounts. I prep everything to minimize rejection risk.
Will hybrid app updates require resubmitting to the stores?
Big native changes yes. UI/content updates can be pushed live without resubmitting using Capacitor Live Updates — I can set that up on Premium.
