FAQ
Which scripts can you install? Only ThemeForest and CodeCanyon?
Any PHP script (Laravel, CodeIgniter, raw PHP), HTML template, WordPress theme, or Node.js project — from ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, GitHub, or anywhere else. As long as you have the legitimate file, I'll install it.
Do you need access to my hosting?
Yes — cPanel login, FTP/SFTP, or SSH (whichever your host provides). I never store or share credentials. Once the install is done, change the password if it makes you more comfortable.
What hosting do I need? Do you provide hosting?
Most PHP scripts need: PHP 8.1+, MySQL/MariaDB, sometimes Composer + Node. Cheapest option that works: a $5/month Cloudways or DigitalOcean droplet, or any cPanel host (Hostinger, Namecheap). I don't sell hosting — you set it up; I configure your script on it.
My script came with installation instructions but I get errors. Can you help?
That's exactly this gig. Most "installation errors" are missing PHP extensions, wrong file permissions, database charset mismatches, or .htaccess issues — I fix them as part of the package.
Can you customize the script after installation?
Yes — Standard tier covers branding (logo, colors, basic content), Premium covers up to 3 real features or significant layout changes. Bigger customization is a separate project — share the spec and I'll quote.
What if my CodeCanyon script has bugs from the original developer?
Minor bugs (config, missing dependencies, deprecated PHP calls) I fix as part of the install. Genuine product bugs (logic errors, broken features in the original code) are usually a separate fix-quote — but I'll tell you up front before you order so you're not surprised.
Can you migrate an already-installed script to a new hosting?
Yes — same gig, same price tier. Export from old hosting, configure new hosting, point domain. Standard tier minimum (because of the domain/SSL work).
Do you provide support after installation?
Standard tier: 7 days. Premium: 30 days. After that, support is paid by the hour. Most buyers don't need support — once it's installed, it just runs.
