How long does it take?
My part is done within about 3 days of getting access. Then it's Google's review time. Recent ones came back between the same day and about 5 days.
Can you guarantee approval?
No one can promise Google's decision. What I promise is my work: a fixed price and clear updates the whole way.
What do you need from me?
Your store link, a screenshot of the issue in Merchant Center, a Shopify staff account and admin access to your Merchant Center. Never your password.
Can you just tell me what to change and I'll do it?
We work on it together. I do most of the store and Merchant Center work myself so nothing gets missed, and some steps need you as the owner. I'll guide you and keep you updated.
What happens after approval?
I stay with you for 3 months. If anything comes up in Merchant Center, I check it. If the account is suspended again while the store follows my guidance, I fix it again at no extra cost.
Will the price go up after you look at my store?
No. The price you order at is the price you pay, however many products your store has. There's no product limit.
I was already rejected before. Can you still help?
Yes. Some of my approvals came after earlier rejections. Tell me about every earlier review request when you order.
Do you work with Shopify?
Yes, most of my clients are on Shopify. If you use another platform, message me first.
Do you run Google Ads?
No. I work on your store and Merchant Center. Your ads stay with you or your ads manager.
Should I click the review request button myself?
Please don't. Leave that part to me.
