No. Some problems may be caused by VPS providers, ISPs, network restrictions, or damaged systems beyond the scope of configuration. I will diagnose the issue and make every reasonable effort to resolve it.
4. What do you need from me?
Temporary SSH access to your VPS (SSH key preferred), your server IP address, and a brief description of the problem.
5. Do you support Linux distributions other than Ubuntu and Debian?
Possibly. Please contact me before ordering so I can review your server and requirements.
6. Will my VPN configuration be tested after the repair?
Yes. Whenever possible, I verify that the service is functioning correctly before completing the order.
7. Will my data remain private?
Yes. Your credentials will only be used to complete the requested work. For security, I recommend changing any temporary passwords after delivery.
8. Can you optimize my existing VPN even if it works?
Yes. I can review your configuration, improve security, perform updates, and make reasonable optimizations where appropriate.
