FAQ
Do I need to already have a Shopify account?
Not necessarily. If you already have a store, I work on it directly. If you do not, I guide you through creating the account and choosing a plan, and then I build everything inside it. The Shopify subscription is paid by you, it is not included in the package.
Do you write the content and edit the product photos?
I structure and adapt the copy so it reads well and converts, in Spanish or English, and I edit and optimize the images you send me so they load fast. Original product photos and your logo have to come from you.
Can you connect Mercado Pago or local payment methods?
Yes. I set up the payment providers available in your country, including Mercado Pago and the local gateways supported by Shopify, plus shipping zones and rates. If a provider needs your own account, you create it and I take care of the full configuration inside the store.
