What file formats do you accept?
I work with Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), and Google Sheets. Please provide your existing spreadsheet or arrange appropriate access after placing your order.
What counts as one item or record?
One item means one existing row of data, not one individual cell. For example, a spreadsheet containing 200 customer records would count as 200 items, excluding the header row.
Can you handle spreadsheets larger than 500 records?
Yes! You can purchase additional records through the Gig extras. For significantly larger files or more complicated projects, please message me first so I can review the scope and provide a custom offer.
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. Your files and information will remain confidential and be used only to complete your order. Files will be handled securely through Fiverr or an agreed method. I will delete local working copies from my devices after the order is completed. Copies retained by Fiverr follow its policies.
Can you fix missing information or incorrect formulas?
I can identify missing values, correct clear inconsistencies, and handle routine formatting issues using the data provided. Extensive manual research, complex formula repairs, and rebuilding missing records are not included in the standard packages. Please contact me before ordering if you need thes
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions for corrections or adjustments within the original scope. Additional revisions are available for $15 each, with one additional day for delivery. New records or substantial changes may require a separate order.
