Do you need admin access to my site to fix the issue?
Usually yes, WordPress admin access is the fastest way for me to diagnose and fix things directly. If you're not comfortable sharing that upfront, a staging site copy or a detailed screen recording of the issue can work for smaller bugs — just let me know before ordering.
What if you can't figure out what's causing the bug?
This is rare, but if after a reasonable diagnosis I find the issue is outside standard WordPress troubleshooting (e.g. a server-level or hosting problem), I'll tell you clearly and point you in the right direction rather than charging you to guess.
Will fixing my bug affect the rest of my site's design or content?
No. I work with targeted fixes in functions.php or specific CSS/JS — not full rebuilds. Nothing else on your site gets touched unless you specifically ask me to look at something else too.
I have more than one bug — can you fix multiple issues in one order?
Yes, that's what the Standard package (up to 5 issues) is for. If you have more than 5, message me first so I can quote it properly rather than ordering Basic multiple times.
How fast can you fix my issue?
Most single bugs are diagnosed within a few hours of getting access, and fixed same day. More complex issues (plugin conflicts, deep WooCommerce logic) can take up to 24-48 hours — I'll tell you the timeline after I see the issue.
My theme or plugin is a "nulled" (pirated) version — can you still help?
I can usually still fix the immediate bug, but I'll flag that nulled plugins/themes are a common cause of security and compatibility issues, and I'd recommend replacing it with a licensed version to avoid this happening again.
Do you offer any support after the fix is delivered?
The Premium package includes 7 days of follow-up support for that specific issue. For Basic and Standard, if the exact same bug reappears within 48 hours of delivery, I'll fix it again at no extra charge.
What do you need from me to get started?
our website URL, WordPress admin login (or staging access), and either a description or a short screen recording of the issue — the video especially speeds up diagnosis a lot.
