Your website link and a short description of the problem. For migrations, please also share your current and new hosting details. I'll confirm the best package before you order.
Will you back up my website before starting?

Will my website have downtime during migration?
Downtime is kept to a minimum, usually just a few minutes when the domain is pointed to the new host. I'll tell you the best time to switch.
What does "up to 20 errors" in the Premium package mean?
One error means one separate issue, like one broken plugin, one broken page, or one PHP error. Very complex issues may need a custom offer.
Can you fix my site if I don't know what the problem is?
Yes. Send me the link and tell me what you see (error message, blank page, slow loading). I'll find the cause and let you know which package fits.
Do you need my hosting or WordPress login?
For most fixes and migrations, yes. You can create a temporary admin user and change the password after delivery. I only access what's needed for the job.
Do you offer support after the order is done?
The Premium package includes 6 days of post-migration support. For Basic and Standard, I'll fix any problem related to the original issue within the revision limit.
What if my problem is not covered by the packages?
