FAQ
Do I need the Conversions API, or is the pixel enough?
The pixel works alone, but ad blockers and browser restrictions can drop events. CAPI sends the same conversions from your server, so you lose far fewer. I recommend both, deduplicated.
Will my conversions be counted twice?
No. Every browser and server event shares the same event ID, so OpenAI counts each conversion once.
Can you work with my existing Meta CAPI setup?
Yes. If you already run server-side GTM, I’ll add OpenAI as another destination, which is usually faster and cheaper.
