What if I do not have a logo or need YouTube branding?
You can add the AI Logo Concept or Custom Logo Design extra. The YouTube Branding extra includes a banner and profile image created with your existing logo.
What is logo transparency?
Logo transparency means receiving the animation with a transparent background so it can be placed over other footage. Please contact me before ordering because this option is not suitable for every intro style.
What is included in the Premium package?
Premium includes a branded intro up to 20 seconds using your logo, text, and up to 8 supplied photos or clips, plus a matching outro up to 10 seconds.
Is the outro included in the package price?
Premium includes a matching outro up to 10 seconds. Basic and Standard buyers can add it for $90 through the Matching Outro extra. It follows the same visual style and can include social media names, a website, or a call to action.
Can I receive horizontal, vertical, and square versions?
The package includes one primary horizontal version. Vertical or square adaptations can be added through the Vertical Format or Social Media Formats extra. Please message me before ordering so I can check whether your materials are suitable.
Can I request express delivery or additional revisions?
Yes. Extra fast delivery is available for each package, and additional revisions can be purchased. A revision covers adjustments within the approved direction, not a completely new concept.
Can I get the project or source files?
No. Project and source files are not provided or available for purchase. Final animations are delivered only as rendered video files in the resolution and format included in your package.
Do you create or animate characters, mascots, or 3D elements?
I do not create characters or mascots, or provide complex 3D work. Supplied characters may have simple in-place motion after review, such as blinking or waving. Walking, running, jumping, lip-sync, rigging, and frame-by-frame work are not included. Contact me first about basic 3D elements.
How is music handled?
Sound effects are included. When background music is needed, I can use a suitable royalty-free track, or you can provide music you have the rights to use. Commercial songs and custom music composition are not included.
