Do you need write access to my repository?
No. Read access (or a zip) is enough - I deliver a branch or patch you apply yourself. I work locally, delete your code after delivery and can sign an NDA.
What is a skill and why do I need hooks?
A skill is a reusable, versioned instruction set Claude loads on demand (e.g. /new-endpoint) so you stop re-explaining the same thing. Hooks run automatically around tool calls: format on save, run tests, block edits to protected paths.
Does this work for Cursor or Codex too?
Yes - AGENTS.md and rules files can be generated from the same source so Claude Code, Cursor and other agents stay consistent. Ask for it when ordering.
