What's the price range for the podcast manual editing?
The price of the order may rise significantly. It depends on the podcast length. For instance, the manual editing cost for 2 hour podcast is 105$, to sum it up with the mastering cost the final price is 195$. Another full service final cost examples: 1 hour - around 125$. 15 minutes - 35$.
Do you use AI for the editing?
No. I listen and edit manually carefully, from start to finish, second by second. Also, have in mind that once in a while some fragments can't be edited to sound naturally - I leave them as they are if that happen.
Can my at home recording sound "professional"?
Depends, lots of factors here. The thing with "guerrilla" conditions recordings is that the final audio can't be perfect but most of the time the outcome audio quality is very good.
What is the best way to deliver my files to you?
I recommend Dropbox or via Fiverr.
How do you work with your clients and audio for podcasts?
I expect the unprocessed WAV, AIFF or ALAC audio file to work on (without any effects). I deliver an audio file matching the LUFS policy (depends on the order): -14 for YouTube & Spotify, -16 Apple, -23 for TV Broadcast or -27 for Netflix/DVD/Prime. I do -16 LUFS and WAV format by default.
What are your working hours?
10AM CEST - 6PM CEST Monday to Friday. 10AM CEST - 3PM CEST Saturday. I also work afterhours but I might be slower :)
