FAQ
Can you directly implement your improvement suggestions for me?
Yes, I can. Please contact me for a custom quote after delivery for me to do so (or alternatively select "instant quote" during checkout). As all of my reports are unique, the price of this quote can vary.
If you directly implement, what information do you need?
To perform work directly on your website, I will need access to your hosting/FTP and any administrative panels (e.g. WordPress' Dashboard). All login credentials are kept secure whilst work is being carried out and are NOT stored/retained once complete.
If I wish to implement your suggestions myself but need help, can you assist?
All points within your report(s) are accompanied by how-to guides. Free email assistance is provided via my Fiverr inbox. If you require me to directly access your website to assist you, a fee will be incurred.
If I order for multiple websites, will the points be the same?
Whilst websites tend to have a lot of the same problems in common, if you order for multiple websites, I will try to avoid repeating points and only mention new improvements.
Do you review websites which aren't in English?
Yes. This is not a problem at all. The only thing I don't critique on non-English sites is the text/sales copy.
What format will the report be sent in?
All reports are delivered in PDF format, a universal file type compatible with all systems. If you require an editable version (such as .doc), please select the "White label" option during checkout.
I wish to order your report for a client, will it be branded?
As standard, all reports and videos contain information which links back to this service. If you wish to receive a "white label" video or editable .doc version, please select the "White label" option during checkout.
Can I view a sample report?
A sample of how your report will be laid out is available as a PDF download at the top of this page, after the gig images. As all reports are unique and client confidentiality important, previously delivered reports will not be shared as a sample.
What platforms do you review?
I review websites on all platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Weebly, Squarespace), as well as custom built solutons.
