I will be your project and personal manager

For this gig, I am offering two interrelated services: project management and personal (virtual) assistance. These services are clearly separated by different packages but you can choose to order both services at the same time.

As your project manager, I will see your projects from inception to completion by;

• outlining your project's scope, timeline, budget, schedule, and resources within the aim of the project,
• managing team workflows,
• ensuring quality and record-keeping,
• communicating with stakeholders, escalating issues, and generating buy-in where necessary,

As your personal manager, I will perform the functions of your personal assistant by;

• carrying out admin tasks,
• conducting industry and/or personal research,
• data entry and management,
• client communication (email, etc),
• media and marketing assistance,
• calender management and scheduling,
• sending daily updates of personal schedules and to-dos, and other functions.
