How long can you reply to me in DM?
We will try our best to get back to you in less than 24 hrs. Please, to help the communication process, it is important to inform all the details of your order so that we can give you a more effective feedback.
What files I'll get?
In the beginner package you will have an image version (JPG and PNG formats) with a resolution of 350 dpi; You can get the source file by purchasing the other packages.
How will the process be?
It will be divided in 3 steps : 1. Gathering information by discussing and filling the requirements with references. 2. Feedback of the draft and revision phase of the in-progress art. 3. Executions and delivery.
Can you do extra work fast and how much would you charge?
No, we don't do faster work, please respect the deadlines of the gig.
Can you do a Background or Extra Character?
No background is provided, we can add a simple one based in a scene if necessary. To get an extra character you will have to pay for it.
