Can the bot use AI (like answering questions in a channel)?

What makes voice features "Premium" instead of a simple add-on?
Voice in Discord involves persistent connections, reconnection handling, and (if you want it) encrypted voice. It is a meaningfully different engineering problem from text commands, not just an extra feature flag.
Will the bot keep working after delivery, or do I need you for every update?
