I lead HNA Design Studio, a small team of architectural and interior designers. We create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthrough animations for architects, builders, real estate agents and homeowners, with clients in the US, UK, Europe and Australia.
Send your CAD drawings, 3D model or a sketch with dimensions. We model in SketchUp, Rhino and Blender, and render in D5, Twinmotion and Lumion.

FAQ
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Send me a rough sketch, reference images, or written description with measurements. Even a hand-drawn sketch on paper works. If you have an existing plan that needs modifications, share that too. I’ll review everything before we begin
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include high-resolution PDF. Standard and Premium packages also include the AutoCAD DWG source file so you or your contractor can make edits. I can also export to DXF if needed.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch?
Absolutely. Most of my clients start with a rough hand sketch or a description of what they need. I’ll digitize it into a clean, dimensioned AutoCAD drawing. Just photograph your sketch and send it.
Are the plans suitable for construction permits?
My Premium package includes the drawings permit sets usually need: floor plans, elevations, sections and electrical layouts. Many cities also require a licensed architect's or engineer's stamp, which I don't provide, so please check your local rules first.
What if my project is larger than 2000 sq ft?
No problem. Message me with your project details and total area, and I’ll create a custom offer with the right scope and timeline. I handle projects of all sizes, from small renovations to multi-story buildings.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic and Standard include 3 revision rounds and Premium 4. A round is one set of changes to the same drawings. Changes to the design itself after approval, such as a new layout, are quoted separately.
Can you convert a PDF to CAD?
Yes. Send the PDF, scan or photo, and I'll redraw it as a clean, dimensioned AutoCAD (DWG) drawing. If the scan isn't to scale, tell me one or two known measurements.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it here on Fiverr before you share your files.
