My professional experience includes: • Preparing and checking export and customs documentation • Preparing and reviewing commercial invoices and packing lists • Checking export documents against Letter of Credit (LC) requirements • Reviewing and checking Bills of Lading (B/L) for accuracy and consistency • Following up export shipments with forwarders, shipping lines and relevant parties • Following up outstanding customer payments • Coordinating directly with local banks regarding export transactions and documentation • Handling bank correspondence and resolving documentation-related queries • Maintaining export records, shipment details and payment information using Microsoft Excel • Coordinating with customers, banks, forwarders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations • Ensuring accuracy and consistency across export and shipping documents I have practical knowledge of the complete export documentation and shipment follow-up process, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and timely communication.
