About this Gig
Send one week of your site chat export (.txt) and get back an Excel + A4 PDF board: names x weekdays, totals and items to confirm.
WHAT YOU GET
A small generator for your Windows PC. Export one week of the site group chat as .txt; the tool reads daily reports (headcount, names, equipment, tasks) and builds a weekly manpower board: names x weekdays, daily and weekly totals, next week's plan per day. Output: Excel + 2-page A4 PDF, plus a message to paste to the site manager.
IT DOES NOT GUESS
Reports without names, plans on a holiday, unconfirmed days and people seen only in photos go into an "items to confirm" list for a person to check.
YOUR MESSENGER STAYS UNTOUCHED
No bot logs in to your chat app. Only the exported file is processed, on your PC, with no AI connection at run time.
HOW IT WORKS
- Send one week of exported chat (anonymised) and your current sheet.
- 2. I set up rules for your report format and test on your sample.
- 3. You install it with a screenshot guide; I check your first run in chat.
- No calls or remote access needed.
Premium: two report formats plus an install guide PDF.
Built with AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code), checked manually.

FAQ
Which messenger apps work?
Any app that can export a group chat as a plain text file. I set up the recognition rules for your exported format and your team's report style, then test on your sample before install. No bot logs in to your messenger.
Does my chat data leave my PC?
At run time, no. The installed generator reads the exported file on your own PC with no AI connection. During setup I only need one anonymised sample week to build and test the rules.
What if my team changes its report format later?
The rules live in a plain settings file, so small wording changes are easy to adjust. A fully new format counts as an additional format (Premium covers two, or order a gig extra).
