Generic translators don't know what a "cold start" is. I do.
I'm a software engineer who builds production systems (Cloudflare Workers, Claude API, LINE/Slack bots), and I translate technical content between English and Japanese without losing what matters - API behavior, error messages, setup instructions, and the tone developers trust.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
A generic service translates "deploy" as a dictionary word. I know what it means in context, so the Japanese reads like a Japanese engineer wrote it - not translated. Same the other way: Japanese startups writing English docs won't read as keigo-flavored English.
I'll flag anything genuinely ambiguous rather than guess - a wrong translation in an API doc costs someone a debugging session.

Yes, both English to Japanese and Japanese to English. I'm a native Japanese speaker, but I translate technical documents into English regularly as part of my own engineering work.
Can you actually read the code?
Yes. I write TypeScript/Python professionally, so I translate code comments and explanations tied to code behavior with real context, not just literal wording.
Do you just edit machine translation output?
I may reference MT for a rough first pass, but every final translation is manually reviewed and adjusted against one standard: would an engineer find this natural to read?
