FAQ
What do I need to get started?
To create the perfect 2D animation explainer video for you, all I need is a "Script"
What if I need a video of more than 120 seconds?
For more than 120 seconds video (250+ words script), just send me a message for custom offer.
What Changes do you offer in Unlimited revisions?
I offer unlimited revisions in the animations e.g replacing images, font styles, colors, etc. But if you need revisions in voice-over, then there will be an extra cost for voice revision. So please make sure you have provided me with the final script.
Do you make videos in languages other than English?
Yes, I can make videos in any language. Please Contact me first for this feature to check the availability.
Do you provide script writing services?
Yes, if you don't have the script. No worries. Contact me to get a quotation.
Can you add my Logo to the video?
Yes, I can add your logo to the whiteboard animation. For best results, please provide the source file which is normally an .AI file. If you do not have the source file, a High-Quality Jpeg or PNG file will work as well.
All you need to know about voiceovers we use.
We use premium AI voiceovers (that sound just like humans) for all the projects. But if you need a real human voice, contact us before placing an order as there will be extra cost for it.
What is the format of the video which I will receive?
I can provide your video in any format on request. But if no format is specified, then I will submit the animated video as a .MP4 file which is the most commonly used video file on the web.
