My workflow:

1: The client uploads and sends the files.

2: I am downloading the documents to see if I have everything I need(images, links, fonts)

3: Then, I am starting with the formatting by comparing it with the source file/s

4: The project then undergoes a quality check.

5: The work is then sent to the client (in Low-res PDF version) for approval.

6: If the client suggests having any feedback/changes to do in the document, I immediately do it.

7: After that, I will send all the files you need for the project
