What document formats can you use for the RAG knowledge base?
I can work with PDF, DOCX, TXT, structured text, and other common document sources. If your files are scanned images or require OCR, please contact me before ordering so I can review the document quality and scope.
Will the chatbot answer only from my documents?
Yes. The RAG workflow can be configured to ground answers in your provided knowledge base and avoid unsupported responses. Retrieval and prompt behavior will be tested and tuned for your use case.
How many documents can I provide?
This depends on the number, size, format, and complexity of the documents. Small document collections can fit the Basic package. Please contact me before ordering for large knowledge bases or many files.
Can you integrate the RAG assistant with my website, API, CRM, or database?
Yes. Website and API integrations are supported, and advanced projects can include CRM or database integration. Please contact me before ordering if your project requires custom third-party systems.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Source code is included in all three packages. I also provide the core setup needed to understand and continue working with the delivered solution.
Do I need my own OpenAI API key?
For a production deployment, you should use your own API account and key so you retain control of usage and billing. API usage fees are not included in the Gig price.
