Guide and direct the creativity of any initiative, investment and / or sporting event that is part of WarnerMedia / HBOMAX. Develop campaigns and content of short and long formats (multiplatform) to promote Original Sports Productions in Latin America. Lead TNT SPORTS creative teams across the region. Conceptualization and generation of campaigns for events of great importance such as the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, the local men's and women's soccer leagues; like any other sport that corresponds to us. Build and evolve the sports brands of the company to keep them leaders in the market. Understand, react and adapt our creative productions to the consumption habits of our audiences, to have a constant presence and be relevant in all spaces: Social Media, Linear, OTT, public spaces and any other platform that is necessary.

Lead, supervise and plan all generation of creative content for HBOMAX. Collaborate, develop, and execute the creative actions required by the departments responsible for HBOMAX. Leading a team of content creators, preditors and copys so that together they can face any request of formats, strategies and campaign plans effectively, efficiently and with the highest quality standards.

 Main responsibilities: - Attend the communication needs and strategies of HBOMAX required by the departments in charge.
 - Lead and coordinate the Content Creators, preditors and copys team.
 - Know, develop and execute any format for social media.
 - Generate concepts and campaigns that can be a significant addition to the social media needs of the HBOMAX brand.
 - Must be trained to meet any requirement effectively, efficiently and with high quality.
 - Establish clear communications with the internal graphic design and operations teams to achieve deliveries on the expected and established dates.
