Will you test on my live site directly?
Wherever a staging copy is possible, fixes are built and tested there first. Only confirmed fixes are applied to your live site.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin access, plus SFTP or SSH and phpMyAdmin if the database needs work. All credentials are used only for this project.
What if the problem is my hosting, not my site?
I will tell you plainly and show the evidence. Applying a fix to a hosting-level problem would not hold, and I will not bill you for that.
Do you fix payment gateway issues specifically?
Yes, that is one of the most common requests. Stripe, PayPal, and most WooCommerce-supported gateways are covered.
How do you handle site security during the repair?
Credentials are used only for the project's duration. I document every change made so nothing is left in an unclear state afterward.
