As the google ads manager for Phonestore, a Copenhagen Apple-certified iPhone, iPad and Mac repair store, I rebuilt a broken account to cut CPA and grow local revenue. A google ads audit found wrong conversion goals, wrong geo, no negatives and empty assets - so I rebuilt Search from scratch: fixed conversion tracking, set geo to the service area, built a negative keyword list, populated all assets (sitelinks, callouts, snippets, images), and optimized bids, copy and search terms. Result: CPA dropped from ~250 DKK ($40) to 80-130 DKK ($13-20) at the same budget, ~3x cheaper - now scaling for revenue growth.

Over 3+ months I generated 8,000+ qualified leads at a highly efficient $1.5 cost per lead, with stable lead flow and strong performance through creative and audience optimization and clean conversion tracking - and the project continues to scale.

Proviz | Meta Ads Manager - Facebook Ads Media Buyer (Lead Generation)

As the Meta ads manager for Proviz, a US immigration service helping clients secure a Green Card via EB-1/EB-2/EB-3 talent visas, I ran facebook ads lead generation built for predictable daily lead flow at a stable CPL with stronger lead-to-sale. I started with a deep ad account audit and competitor analysis, then over 5+ months tested dozens of lead forms, offers, creatives and audiences across Ukrainian and Russian-speaking US users. Result: 15% lead-to-sale at $8-12 CPL across 95 campaigns and $53K+ spend - now scaling.
