Standard Package Terms

• The fee applies to individual online auctions.
• The standard fee and agreed bidding limit must be paid before bidding.
• If the item is won below the agreed limit, the remaining balance can be refunded or put towards shipping, at the buyers discretion.
• If the auction is lost, the standard fee is retained for time spent bidding, while the agreed bidding limit is fully refunded.

Premium Package Terms

• 7 days notice is required.
• Charged hourly for visiting multiple London stores or queuing for pop-up events.
