Do you work on live website?
Yes since speed optimizations tests should be checked on live website to get the accurate results. By working on a live website we can test every step of the way during optimization and ensure that nothing is broken. However, if you want us to work on staging environment we can do that too.
Do I need to switch hosting companies?
No, unless you have a really slow server despite all the optimizations, we usually recommend a server that we have used in the past and can vouch for optimization and speed.
What if GTmetrix Page speed score doesn't improve?
I will try to figure out all possible solutions, sometimes web hosting doesn't support compression. So if I can't speed up your website in an acceptable way I will simply revert any changes and refund you.
Will my results be exactly the same as mentioned in Gig?
Website speed depends on many factors, such as hosting/server/theme/plugins. So, the final results may vary if the server is not that good or the theme conflicts with the optimization. You can't expect the site to perform best with a poor server configuration.
