Do you create the content or just schedule it?
I create everything — captions, carousel concepts, story ideas — and design them in Canva, then schedule and publish according to an agreed calendar.
Can you manage both Instagram and Facebook together?
Yes, all packages include cross-posting to Instagram and Facebook at no extra cost.
Do I need to provide photos or videos?
For posts and stories, I can work with your existing photos/brand assets or create designed graphics in Canva. For Reels specifically, filming is handled separately
Do you handle comments and messages?
Follower engagement is included starting from the Premium package. It can be added to Basic and Standard as an extra.
Do you film the Reels?
No — I write the script and edit the final video. Filming is done by you or someone on your side, following my script and shot list.
What happens if I'm late sending the raw footage?
Delivery time starts from when I receive your filmed footage, not from the order date — so a delay on your end won't count against the gig's delivery timer.
