What kind of bugs can you fix?
Most bugs and errors in PHP, WordPress, and Laravel sites including white screen errors, 500 errors, database issues, login problems, plugin conflicts, CSS/JavaScript bugs, and SMTP/email issues. Not sure about yours? Send me the error message and I'll tell you if I can fix it.
What do I need to provide?
Your domain, a clear description of the issue, hosting/cPanel or FTP access, and your website admin login if needed. If you can share steps to reproduce the bug or screenshots of the error, it really speeds things up.
How long will it take to fix?
Most bug fixes are delivered within a few hours once I can see the issue. Complex bugs involving multiple files or server configuration may take longer, but I'll always give you an honest timeline after reviewing the problem.
What if the bug comes back or there's a related issue?
If the same bug returns or the fix introduces a related issue, I'll fix it, no charge. However, new bugs that weren't part of the original order would count as a separate fix. I'll always be upfront about what's covered and what isn't.
Can you fix bugs in a script I bought from CodeCanyon or another marketplace?
Yes, but for script-specific bugs, the script author is usually the best first stop since they know the code. If they can't help or it's a customization-related issue on your server, I can take a look.
Do you work with WordPress, Laravel, and custom PHP?
Yes I work with WordPress sites, Laravel applications, custom PHP scripts, and scripts from marketplaces like CodeCanyon. I don't work with Windows server environments or non-PHP frameworks.
