What's the largest file you can handle?
Tens of thousands of rows are fine. If your file is very large or spread across many sheets, message me first with a rough row count, and I'll confirm the right package.
What if I don't know what's wrong with my data?
That's common. Send the file, and I'll review it and tell you what I find — duplicates, formatting issues, inconsistencies — before doing any work.
Will you change my original file?
No. You get a cleaned copy as a separate file, with your original untouched. If you want a summary of every change made, I can include one.
My data is confidential — can I still send it?
Yes. Your files stay between us and aren't shared or reused. You're welcome to replace real names with codes before sending, and I'll delete the file after delivery upon request.
What if the numbers don't add up after cleaning?
I check totals against your original before delivering. If something doesn't reconcile, I'll tell you where and why rather than quietly adjusting it.
How many revisions do I get?
Two on Basic, three on Standard, unlimited on Premium. Extra revisions are available as an add-on if needed.
Can you merge several files into one?
Yes. That's included in Premium and available as an extra on the smaller packages. Send them all, and I'll combine them into a single clean dataset.
Can you build a dashboard from the cleaned data?
