I check agreed conversation flows, context handling, fallback responses and error behaviour against your supplied requirements, knowledge sources and expected answers. I document mismatches and reproduction steps. Testing cannot guarantee that every future response will be correct.

Each package covers one agreed testing environment. Responsive checks can be included in the agreed scenarios where relevant. Additional browsers, operating systems or physical devices must be discussed before ordering and may require a custom quote.
