I build Python tools that sign in to your own SimplePractice account, keep the session alive, and pull your data straight from the portal's JSON endpoints into clean Excel, CSV or JSON files.

Do you need my SimplePractice password?
No. The tool runs on your computer and reads your login from a local .env file that only you fill in. I build and test with a demo account of made-up clients. If something must be checked on your live account, we do it on a screen-share where you stay in control.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
he tool keeps all data on your own machine and sends nothing to me or any other service, which keeps your HIPAA setup simple. I'm a developer, not a compliance advisor, so please check the workflow against your practice's own policies.
What if SimplePractice changes its website?
Portal updates can break any unofficial integration. I keep endpoints and field names in one config file so fixes are quick. Each package includes a free support window; after that, fixes are a small custom order.
Can it run automatically every day?
Yes. Premium includes scheduling (Windows Task Scheduler or cron) plus delivery to Excel, Google Sheets or email. On Basic and Standard I can add scheduling as a gig extra.
What do I need to run it, and what do I get?
A Windows, Mac or Linux computer with Chrome. You get the full source code, a one-command install with uv, a setup guide and sample exports. Standard and Premium also include a short walkthrough video.
