About this Gig
Most orgs don't have an automation problem. They have an unowned-automation problem: a workflow rule, a process builder, and a Flow all firing on the same object, and nobody is sure which one sets the field. Salesforce stopped supporting the first two in Dec 2025.
I audit that, then build what should have been there.
What I build
- Migrate Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow, rebuilt, not 1-to-1
- Record-triggered, screen and scheduled Flows, subflows, Flow Orchestration
- Lead and case routing: territory, round-robin, capacity, SLA escalation
- Duplicate and matching rules, plus cleanup of existing records
- Objects, fields, validation rules, permission sets, Dynamic Forms
- Reports, dashboards, and Data Cloud ingestion
How I work
- Sandbox access first. I audit what already fires before I quote.
- Written scope: what I build, what I won't, and why.
- Build and test in sandbox, then a deployment package and a one-page doc.
Need code instead? I also build Apex, LWC and API integrations. Ask here and I'll send a custom offer either way.
