How will you start my project?
After you purchase the gig, you will fill out a quick survey with all of the information we require. You will also get thorough directions on how to share the access of Facebook Business Manager. We will get in touch with you if we have any questions.
What do I need before order?
You need a Facebook business page, Facebook ad account (Facebook Business Manager is better and include all required accounts), content for meta ads and a website.
How to share access with you?
1. Open your FB Business Manager 2. Go to Business settings. 3. Click People. 4. Click Add. 5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. 6. Select the role you'd like to assign them. 7. Click Next. 8. Select the asset & the task access you want to assign the person. 9. Click Invite.
Is the ad spend included?
No. The cost of your ads is paid directly to Facebook and the budget is entirely up to you and your business goals.
Do you create or source the Ads creative (Images/videos)?
If you have any images I’ll prefer to use the images/videos you provide me but if your photos are not up to standard for meta ads, then I’ll ask you to create new images. I can also create some images/videos that will work well as an ad for an extra cost.
Can you guarantee results?
I’ll try my best to maximize the results but unfortunately no one can guarantee the sales. We can do everything possible to ensure the success of your campaign. FB ads is not a magic. If your product is bad, or too expensive, or your website is hard to navigate, then that can affect sales too.
Is there any niche you won't work with?
Anything that goes against Facebook's advertising policy. I have the right to refuse your niche if I don't feel comfortable working in that niche.
