I will extract tables and data from scanned pdfs to excel or json with ai ocr

Copying data out of PDFs by hand? I build AI pipelines that pull tables, line items and fields out of invoices, receipts, forms, reports and scanned documents, and turn them into clean Excel, CSV, JSON or database records.

What makes it reliable:

• OCR for scans and phone photos, plus layout-aware table extraction
• Checks that catch mistakes: totals that don't add up, missing fields, wrong formats
• An accuracy report on your own samples, so you know the error rate before you rely on it
• English and Chinese documents

Two ways to work:

1. One-off: I extract the data from your files and send the spreadsheet.
2. Reusable: you get a script or API that processes new documents the same way every time.

I build document AI for a production education platform that turns scanned exam papers into structured data, with sub-parts, tables, figures and marks kept intact.

Please message me with 2-3 sample pages before ordering. Messy documents are fine; I'll tell you up front what accuracy is realistic.
